Mike took care of my fussy girlfriend today, who had an issue with her dash lights dimming. He took his time and explained the issue she had. After reading the reviews, I called and asked to work with Mike. He returned my call later that morning, and we met that afternoon. Mike is very down to earth, helpful, and not a pressure salesman.
