This is a family owned business and they made us feel as if we were apart of their family. The owners are father and son Bob and Chad and when I tell you these two are so personable and friendly. They welcomed us with opened arms and never made us feel like we weren't worthy enough to purchase from them. The process was FAST and I am now leaving with my brand new 2009 Ford Edge with less than 50,000 miles on it. Chad took care of us personally and continued to congratulate us on how good we were doing with repairing our credit and honestly that made me feel beyond fantastic because most places I've went to in the past always made me feel like crap about my credit score.
