I was greeted by Michael and he spent as much time as I needed and helped in many test drives ! All the cars I drove were very clean & performed well. I choose a 09 Subaru Outback white. Just Amazing I was looking to buy my daughter her second car, I had been shopping on line, hitting all the used car dealers near the house and test driving car aft I was looking to buy my daughter her second car, I had been shopping on line, hitting all the used car dealers near the house and test driving car after car and never felt comfortable with any of them. I googled car dealership reviews and found Auto Direct, I read review after review and made the short trip to Auto Direct. My first impressions were I had just arrived at a professional used car dealer, I was greeted by Mike and he was just great. He helped my daughter walk thru and talk about her needs what kind of car she wanted ( she had to have a hatchback ). We had no pressure at all it was relaxing and fun to look thru the amazing inventory. Well we found the car the perfect car for her, matter of fact she just texted me that she loves the car and it Runs and drives perfect. After the great experience with Mike and meet Doug who helped me with what normally is a cumbersome nightmare of paperwork. In no time everything was done and off we went.
