The overall experience was positive, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain the issue with my vehicle and the necessary steps to fix it. However, if Albany Subaru could reconsider their pricing strategy, it would enhance the customer experience even further. In conclusion, I would recommend Albany Subaru for their quick service and professionalism, but I would advise potential customers to be aware of the costs associated with parts and services. A little more fairness in pricing could easily make them a five-star dealership in my book! More
