I think it was Michael who assisted me when I drove the car in. Subaru is new to me and he answered some simple questions about the technology. Jason, the person who checked me in isn't on your dept. list. He provided excellent customer service and managed to get me in and out within 1 1/2 hours as promised by sales rep. (Only needed mud guards installed.) The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The coffee well stocked with amazing alternative beverages and few snacks to choose from. Compared to Toyota...I'm impressed. We'll see how the future goes with our long term Subaru relationship. More

While the service team was efficient and attentive, I couldn't help but feel that the cost of parts was somewhat excessive. It's great to have a warranty that covers the replacement, but I believe that t couldn't help but feel that the cost of parts was somewhat excessive. It's great to have a warranty that covers the replacement, but I believe that the dealership could do a better job of being transparent about pricing and perhaps offering more competitive rates for parts and services. The overall experience was positive, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain the issue with my vehicle and the necessary steps to fix it. However, if Albany Subaru could reconsider their pricing strategy, it would enhance the customer experience even further. In conclusion, I would recommend Albany Subaru for their quick service and professionalism, but I would advise potential customers to be aware of the costs associated with parts and services. A little more fairness in pricing could easily make them a five-star dealership in my book! More
