Don't really seem to care after signatue is on the deal. Customer relations manager Adam promised a follow up phone call, the same day, which never came. Then he promised a gift card, switched that to free oil change ( never heard back on that), and on a Friday, promised an email the following Monday with follow up answers to questions about financing, and details about free oil change. Just as others have said. ... Told NO early payoff penalty. But reading all of the reams of paper saw that $75 was an early payoff fee. Told by office manager that if charged, ... Told NO early payoff penalty. But reading all of the reams of paper saw that $75 was an early payoff fee. Told by office manager that if charged, she would take care of and refund. Also, because I financed some of the cost, for some reason I was given a finance charge of 7.59% with a FICO (Credit Score) of over 800. I was told it was because I financed. That in my book is highway robbery and it was never spoken of nor negotiated prior to the paperwork being drawn up. I always planned on paying this off immediately so as to not pay finance charges. Otherwise, the sale was handled professionally. More
