Don't really seem to care after signatue is on the deal. Customer relations manager Adam promised a follow up phone call, the same day, which never came. Then he promised a gift card, switched that to free oil change ( never heard back on that), and on a Friday, promised an email the following Monday with follow up answers to questions about financing, and details about free oil change. It is Wednesday and I write this, no email. More

Just as others have said. ... Told NO early payoff penalty. But reading all of the reams of paper saw that $75 was an early payoff fee. Told by office manager that if charged, ... Told NO early payoff penalty. But reading all of the reams of paper saw that $75 was an early payoff fee. Told by office manager that if charged, she would take care of and refund. Also, because I financed some of the cost, for some reason I was given a finance charge of 7.59% with a FICO (Credit Score) of over 800. I was told it was because I financed. That in my book is highway robbery and it was never spoken of nor negotiated prior to the paperwork being drawn up. I always planned on paying this off immediately so as to not pay finance charges. Otherwise, the sale was handled professionally. More
