Service department has poor quality and lack understanding the actual problems I get. Water in my gas tank is a poor excuse to say that is the problem. This is the second time they have had my understanding the actual problems I get. Water in my gas tank is a poor excuse to say that is the problem. This is the second time they have had my car in. 2 weeks the first time. A few pages of work done which did not address the problems. 2 weeks now after the service manager saying it was going to cost me $800 to clean the tank out from the water in there. This is round 2 of the infamous water in the tank story. I have taken over 30 pictures of the dash board lights that came on. I have driven back a few times while the car is running to show them the lights. I have now put Shell premium in because they said that was the problem. I am putting Shell premium in the company car I have been using. On occasion a light pops on the dash board. Shut the car off and restart. Light is gone. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They were not honest about final price. I agreed to a price at signing and when I got my first statement it was 30.00 higher then agreed upon. When I went back and confronted them about the hidden cost they only offered half the $$ for the difference in agreed upon price. Also general manager of the dealership told me directly he couldn’t care less about these reviews. Very disappointed in this whole buying experience with Volkswagen and it was the first time I decided to move from a ford vehicle to a Volkswagen. Not so sure I’ll do that ever again based on this experience. More
