He was courteous and super patient as I asked questions. My preferred method of contact was text message and Mike honored that the whole way through. I was driving over 100 miles to get to the dealership so it was very important that I had my questions answered ahead of time and wasn’t wasting a trip down. I cannot give enough praise for Mike’s service throughout the process. The entire staff at Laurel Kia was great. I love my car and would definitely consider making the trip back to Laurel Kia next time I am looking for a vehicle! More
