I was already pre-qualified with an auto-loan, so this was great. I spoke with several people who've had car buying experiences before and asked tons of questions. I had a pretty good idea of what this experience would be like. A lot of negotiating. Lots, something I had never done before so I got a bit nervous. But I brought along my uncle which helped to subside that feeling. Mike was an awesome car salesman and it was a pleasure working with him. Mike asked me what I wanted and succeeded in finding me a car I was happy with. The price point was a bit over, but nonetheless I am proud to say I have made my first big purchase in life and I'm happy. More

He was courteous and super patient as I asked questions. My preferred method of contact was text message and Mike honored that the whole way through. I was driving over 100 miles to get to the dealership so it was very important that I had my questions answered ahead of time and wasn’t wasting a trip down.
