So if you know anything about hellcats they come with one black key fob and 2, yes 2 red ones! The day I bought the hellcat I was told oh we dont have the red key fobs ... WTH ? Where did they go ? So I cal black key fob and 2, yes 2 red ones! The day I bought the hellcat I was told oh we dont have the red key fobs ... WTH ? Where did they go ? So I call and get all kinds of stories about where they are, now they have to be ordered and wont be in for 2 weeks ? Tried to tell me I am getting one red one I said 'oh no that is not gonna work!' So they back down and I am now getting 2 in 2 days! Now I am pissed off and they cant get me in anytime soon to program them! A very expensive car and now that I am out the door they dont want to help me! BUNCH OF BULLCRAP!!! More

We have dealt with many salesmen and dealerships over the last 20 years and have never had the treatment as we did today by Michael at Andy Mohr. Michael was the most friendly guy did not pressure at all and made sure we got the best deal. We will definitely be going back for our next purchase! More

Salesman sold me a protection package, saying certain things were covered. Yet,Service tells a different story, acting as if filling out a claim was a big deal. Drove 3 hours to look at a vehicle. Alena told me it would be ready and to talk to Mario. She set an appt for 7:15 pm. I messaged her at 545 pm to just say I was on my way and would be Alena told me it would be ready and to talk to Mario. She set an appt for 7:15 pm. I messaged her at 545 pm to just say I was on my way and would be there at 7:05. I got there and asked for Mario, wasn't there. So I went with Michael to look for the pacifica. After a short stroll we found it... in the service bay. This is when Michael informed me that I could not drive it. I was told it's policy that if it's in the service bay it cannot be moved. So we go inside and Michael talks to his manager and comes back and says he's sorry but it cannot be driven. So I set an appt, verified, and drove three hours each way to not be able to drive a car. The manager never even took the time to come over and apologize in any way. Michael was sent to do his dirty work, and even called me the next day to apologize again and let me know the van was out of service. The whole experience was terrible aside from Michael. This dealership has 0 communication. And I even reached out to the general manager yesterday via email to which no response was granted. I will take my business other places but if you do go skip the bdc communication and just call and ask for Michael. He's clearly the only one who cares and takes pride in his work. More

We contacted the dealership about a vehicle we were interested in and obtained additional information. We then scheduled a visit for the following day. We communicated that we would be driving from eig interested in and obtained additional information. We then scheduled a visit for the following day. We communicated that we would be driving from eight hours away and received multiple confirmations that the vehicle was still available both prior and throughout our drive to the dealership. Once we arrived at our scheduled 1:30 PM meeting, we were informed that not only was the vehicle currently being test driven for the entire business day, but that a deposit had already been placed on it the previous day. We didn’t realize that the person we had been originally communicating with was not a sales person and had absolutely no knowledge of the vehicle or its availability, she was a scheduler. When we arrived at the dealership, we were passed to a salesperson who also had no knowledge of where the vehicle was or its availability for purchase. This salesperson had to ultimately speak to the sales manager to find out that the vehicle was essentially already sold 24 hours prior. The sales manager neither acknowledged our presence nor offered an apology. Furthermore, the pricing of the vehicle swung in increments of thousands of dollars over the course of the 108 days it was listed with no explanation from anyone as to why this was occurring (in fact, the listed price increased by $5,000 from the time we left from Kansas City to arriving in Indianapolis). We shouldn't have to take a screenshot of vehicle price when you contact the dealership, but the salesman was unaware of the previous price and it was very unclear from communications if they would honor the original price at which it was listed when we began first communication. We spent 16 hours on the road to purchase a vehicle that wasn’t even available. The manager sat 20 feet away from us ignoring our presence while our salesman tried to first get to the bottom of where the vehicle was, to only have the manager shake his head "no" and tell the salesman to get out of his office. The dysfunction and mismanagement at this dealership is completely unacceptable. More

We drove in from out of town just to come to this dealership. We were VERY thankful for the staff staying past close for the paperwork so we could take our vehicle home the same day! The finance mana dealership. We were VERY thankful for the staff staying past close for the paperwork so we could take our vehicle home the same day! The finance manager was excellent and never made us feel like an inconvenience. Michael put gas in the vehicle, changed the plate, and made sure we were happy with our choice.
