Despite informing the staff and Manager (Michael Dalgish) that I had a medical condition, and medical exemption that prevented me from wearing a facemask, I was denied service. Furthermore, I was told from the Dealer Principle that "hope you soon understand “when are in it together” means thinking of others and not just oneself" Basically the Dealer Principle told me that my medical condition is BS, and I'm just being selfish. That's Dalmart motors professionalism in a nutshell. This will be my last Volkswagen vehicle. More
