You guys scammed and lied to me. You only gave me 19000 for my trade in and you agreed to 20000. Never an easy thing, in this case buying a car from them was as painless as possible. Fernando did a superlative job getting us the perfect car and helping us get to the price point we had to be at. Excellent customer service. Despite the horrible used car market and prices that accompany that the experience was ok. However, being more upfront with the FEES would be a better customer experience.
