This is truly the most unprofessional dealership I have ever experienced. From the service writer to sales and even the phone operator were all rude.. Never an easy thing, in this case buying a car from them was as painless as possible. Fernando did a superlative job getting us the perfect car and helping us get to the price point we had to be at. Excellent customer service. Despite the horrible used car market and prices that accompany that the experience was ok. However, being more upfront with the FEES would be a better customer experience.
