Had a great experience at Dick's CJDR of Wilsonville. Micheal Johnston was very knowledgeable of minivans, which was what we were looking for. He gave us time to look vehicles over, showed us the options of all the various types they had, then we took the test drive. After working out a deal for the minivan, we went to finance, which I can not remember the guys name we dealt with, but he was great, and made it vary efficient for us to get through the process and finished. When we went out to the show room to get the van, Michael had my wife's favorite 90's rap playing, and a laser light show around the van. Easily the best experience at a car dealership hands down! More
I don’t recognize either name used on the questionnaire. I found the staff to be most incompetent or starting from the time I walked in. Harrison walked me to find the car, we walked all the way around the indoor showroom before locating the car I had arranged a test drive, right where we started. I left the dealership not understanding next steps, after being left for long periods of time and then Harrison coming back and saying “that’s it for now.” Not to mention, the diamond coat of $10 wax applied to the vehicle and ending up being an automatic “non-negotiable” $1000 charge. When the dealership finally got the check and all the paperwork back from our corporate office, I had to reach out and notify them of the tracking info indicating that it had actually been delivered already (after being told that it hadn’t from dealership staff.) I told Joshua that we would be in approx 30 mins later to pick up our vehicle. Wr arrived at the dealership to find Harrison watching YouTube boxing videos on his computer and he told us “great, the car will be ready in 10 minutes. Feel free to have a seat and wait.” We spent over one hour at the dealership after arriving, waiting for them to get it ready? They had over a week to prepare it to be ready and waited until the last minute. This experience was very poor, the business I work in is based in customer service and we have great training allocated for it. This dealership obviously lacks the framework for such and it’s truly disappointing. While waiting for picking up our vehicle, I spoke with a fellow customer whose car died at 90k miles and he was urged into another vehicle. Dodge and Chrysler have terrible reputations so I steer clear from This brand or group. However, I’ve bought several cars from Dick’s auto group in the past and unfortunately this experience was so poor that I will never be purchasing from this location, and am unsure of Dick’s for any future car purchases as a result of this bad experience and will be sharing this with my friends and colleagues to save them the headache. Please work on customer service training, train your staff to at least appear to be busy, and make sure they communicate what the next steps are before the customer leaves the dealership. More
Car was in service for 5 months. Service from agents prior to Bria was poor. Delays by Stellantis in getting necessary parts were inexcusable. Bria did great. Did not meet me in the service drive. Charged me over $250.00 to tell me my key fobs were bad. When I picked my vehicle up they charged me extra for using a credit card.
