I live in WA state and wanted to purchase a new Taycan. I placed an order with our local dealer only to have it "canceled" a few weeks later, as they were unable to fulfill it. I went online and found almost the exact car already in existance, at Ontario Porsche. Jhovan was excellent from start to finish. Although we've never met in person, he walked me through the process and made everything easy. The time from my first phone call, to the car arriving in WA in my driveway was less than a week! THANK YOU Jhovan for your kindness and efficiency. I hope to meet you someday in person and give you a great big thank-you hug! I love my beautiful new Taycan 4S! More
