Bought a car in cash here with a trade.. The worst experience in my lifetime. I paid to have some things done to this car being it was pretty much an online sale. Asking the sales reps are the mechani experience in my lifetime. I paid to have some things done to this car being it was pretty much an online sale. Asking the sales reps are the mechanic and all good. So moving along I get the car and drive bumper to bumper out of the city and ready to open it up on the highway back to north country.. As I'm driving I notice the shaking and vibration on the car. I call and leave a message etc the salsrep. I never get a phone call back. I did however get a hold of the finance Mgr and he connected me to the salesmanager. Nothing was taken care of.. I brought a car with 3 bent wheels. I was told by another dealer same company that they knew they were bent. Great to know they would let someone drive off the lot.. The car I traded in was in better shape mechanically.. Buyer be ware of this place... they don't care about you or your families safety.. Reviews reply from dealership.. This is not acceptable. This manager has been the problem and if I would even go back to the dealership it would be one close by my home in upstate.. get a clue.. Your not a problem solver but a problem. More
