We had been looking locally for a new 4Runner and just weren't happy with the selection or the pricing and a friend recommended this dealership, in particular, Chris Wickson. We were met by Victoria (who did an excellent job showing us the vehicle and being available during the entire time that we were there), and then met with Michael Brown and Chris Wickson. Both of these guys were extremely helpful, honest and really accommodating, going above and beyond to make a good experience for us. Last, just not least, Janelle Harris in finance worked quickly and efficiently to make sure we were taken care of before we left. Thanks to all for a job well done! More

We shared a few laughs about ALL of the papers that had to be signed which made it less frustrating. He's got a great personality! I also want to give a "high five" to Jaime Bowles, Michael Brown and Walter Hoover on getting us a great deal. I did find a small mistake on the paperwork but it was corrected very quickly. (we're all human) - We've looked around at other dealerships but they don't care to take the extra steps in meeting the concerns of the customer. This will probably be my last purchase because I'm not getting any younger. LOL.. but should I have a need to buy, I will definitely go back to Toyota of North Charlotte!! More
