Car shopping brings me so much anxiety. I visited Regal GMC & was assisted by Michael Hughes, Michael Boswell, and Pedro. When I arrived the vehicle that I inquired about online was already I visited Regal GMC & was assisted by Michael Hughes, Michael Boswell, and Pedro. When I arrived the vehicle that I inquired about online was already waiting for me under the canopy. The purchase was by far the least painless ever. Upon entering the dealership, I was promptly greeted & I expressed the need to complete the process in a timely manner & both Michaels assured me that I would be assisted expeditiously. I drove the Terrain & immediately fell in love. The finance portion of the process went rather quickly. The longest part was getting the truck detailed. Yes, the brand new truck was cleaned inside & out & the gas tank was filled. While waiting, all reps made sure that I was comfortable & offered snacks & drinks. Exceptional customer service is very important to me. I want to feel valued when I’m spending my money & value isn’t just in the product, service is a huge component!
