Two stars is being nice! This is for a Ford Lightning. I arrived early in the morning and parked it at the charger. While I was waiting for my Uber, I watched the first emplo This is for a Ford Lightning. I arrived early in the morning and parked it at the charger. While I was waiting for my Uber, I watched the first employee to arrive turn off the charger. Really? I'm paying customer who purchased a brand new EV from this dealership. This dealer is a bit of a drive for me but I take the truck there because I was happy the purchasing process. I was notified there was a recall. I scheduled the appointment and took the truck there on that date. I also told them there was a problem with the wipers. I got a call a few hours later to let me know they needed to order the parts for the recall and the wipers were fixed. I really wonder why they didn't order the parts at the time of scheduling. They must have known what parts were needed for the recall. Anyhow, I rescheduled for the following week. When I picked the car up, they said a master reset had solved the wiper problem. Luckily it was raining that day so I showed the technician that there was still a problem. He assured me it would be fixed when I returned the following week. I took the car back the following week. They did perform the recall but again failed to fix the wipers. They said it needed a new sensor but they didn't even offer to schedule it when I picked the truck up. This would now require a third trip to fix the wipers, which would be a total of 6 uber rides. I've decided to get it fixed at the local dealership which is right down the street. I really enjoyed the buying experience, but the service department is dreadful. So sad. BTW... I really prefer to not leave reviews, especially negative reviews. That said, I have unsubscribed from receiving review emails. That seems to have gone ignored and I keep receiving emails to make sure I complete the survey. So sadly, I've been forced to submit an honest review. Please remove me from ALL your email lists! More
