Took my car in for a brake problem, they replaced my brake booster and didn’t bother to check the brakes themselves. After paying $1700, drove my car out of Silverthorne only to find my brakes were shak brake booster and didn’t bother to check the brakes themselves. After paying $1700, drove my car out of Silverthorne only to find my brakes were shaking more than when I brought the car in, my traction control light was on, and I had to fix my brake switch as my taillights weren’t turning off. Took it back, and service was condescending saying they would look into it after they had my car for a full week and I’m supposed to be leaving for a roadtrip two days later. After speaking with Robert and Michael, they identified my brakes were nearly metal to metal and my rotors were warped. Would I have been naïve and drove my car to Montana after I got it back the first time, my brakes would have gone out because they didn’t inspect it and could have risked being in an accident. I’m truly disappointed in this service as I trusted them to give me my car back in safe condition. It was only after I got in touch with Robert the Service Director that xxxx was handled correctly.
