Arrived at a deal that my daughter could afford. Only negative is that it took about 4 hours to do so. Financing was straightforward and George was a big help in that respect. Overall the experience was good and I would recommend them to but I had a some issues. We went in and test drove the vehicle we were interested in and got ready to leave. The salesman went to talk to so them to but I had a some issues. We went in and test drove the vehicle we were interested in and got ready to leave. The salesman went to talk to someone and came back with a person which said they were the assistant sales manager. He said "what if I make you a crazy deal, will you buy the vehicle today? We declined and left. A few days later we returned looking for the "crazy deal guy" We found him and asked about the "crazy deal" and he brought to our salesman saying he could make the same deal? My wife and I looked at each other funny and asked the salesman "what was that all about and why did it happen? The second issue I had was when the "crazy deal was no longer available I went on my phone and looked up the vehicle. It had the list price and a button to push for the "E-Deal" so I pressed the button and an info screen pops up asking for your contact info. It's just a referral gather info to give to a salesman to call you. I asked what is the "E-Deal" price and there isn't one. My third issue is that when you get down to the numbers, by line item there is a $5000 Parks Perks package, plus the usual $1200 dealer prep package, $1250 for them to do the title, license plate, registration, and taxes. In my state this cost about $200+the tax, the were all so fees for stamps required by law etc. I was done and got ready to leave over the Park Perk Package which I was told was already added to the car and what that included. Mostly 2 or 3 free oil changes and concierge from my salesman. The was nothing added to the vehicle that the dealer prep didn't already do, like detail the vehicle and fill it with gas. We never got the crazy deal, the E-Price, but did get the Perks package price dropped from the price of the car and $500 of the final price. They still made money on the price of the vehicle, the dealer prep fee, DMV fee, and other fees which are all built in profit. More

The 3 Mikes were amazing! I brought my new car back twice because the detailing was so poor. When I left the second time it still wasn’t right. Parts in the back seat, I ha I brought my new car back twice because the detailing was so poor. When I left the second time it still wasn’t right. Parts in the back seat, I had to get the box from the third row and put in my own mats. I have never bought a brand new car and taken delivery in this shape. Poor detailing for a brand new car. More

While I will say that I was very surprised by how fast the work was completed, car drives great now. The customer service definitely left some things to be desired. I had to call multiple times and speak the work was completed, car drives great now. The customer service definitely left some things to be desired. I had to call multiple times and speak with multiple managers just to get an updated service invoice. I was told I would receive and email the next day more than once only for me to have to call back the next day because I never received it. There were fees added to the original invoice i was not made aware of - this was corrected it just took too much work was too much back and forth to get it. There seems to be a disconnect in communication in the service dpt. I let my service tech know i still needed an electronic copy when i picked up the car and still had to call back days later because i never got it. I talked to Edwin the last time and he was very rude. I heard him talking to my service tech about me and then when he told me I couldnt get the invoice until the next day despite them not closing for another 1/2 hour I asked to be transferred to my tech he claimed he wasnt there and that no one else could access it and that if i needed the electronic one I could just go to Staples to get it because no one could access it but the tech. That is not good customer service especially since I advised I had been having issues getting it for days. I called back and spoke to a manager in sales right after I hung up and after 5 mins on hold he was able to email me the invoice with no issue. It was ridiculous. They do great work but drop the ball on simple things. More
