The staff was great and was the car buying experience was pleasant with a hometown warm feeling. Everyone was very nice and played with my lively 8 yr old son while I did the business side of things. I had a great experience at Greenway CDJR when purchasing my new Compass. The sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to answer all of my questions about the different models available my new Compass. Service dept does not have a clue. Spent $1369 for nothing still same issue when I picked up my vehicle. Charges $211 per hour. Took my Jeep somewhere else after towing it from this dealer issue was a $15 fuel filter DO NOT TAKE Your car there for service, They lied about the parts they were supposed to replace the old parts still in the Jeep Service manager Greg has no clue as well as Mikel the service advisor Bottom line they are incompetent to work on anything Also broke oil cap off while it was there half parts were left off and put in back seat More

This was one of the best auto buying experiences I have ever had. Amanda was very knowledgeable and if I asked something she couldn't personally answer she would look into it and get my answer for me withi ever had. Amanda was very knowledgeable and if I asked something she couldn't personally answer she would look into it and get my answer for me within a few minutes. There was no pressure as I have experienced in the past with other dealers and they worked behind the scenes to get the best interest rates for us. They really seemed to want to have our best interest in mind and what would work best for us through financing giving us multiple options. Follow ups the next day indicates that this dealership isn't a "get the sale and be gone" company. I'm confident that they will continue to have our business and we have already recommended them to a few of our friends. Thanks Amanda and Mike for getting us into our new 2021 Power Wagon, we love it. More
