The communication with service is so much to be desired as far as how long things take when you need your vehicle and it was communicated to the service department that you need your vehicle they’re workin as far as how long things take when you need your vehicle and it was communicated to the service department that you need your vehicle they’re working on something else from the day before you drop your vehicle off at 7:30 in the morning and get a call at 12:30 in the afternoon saying they need your vehicle another day that should have been communicated the day before knowing that they’re working on another vehicle for a long time and wouldn’t be able to get my vehicle done that same day customers lose out on a days pay of work for no reason but communication More

Worst service center I've ever dealt with. Intentionally kept my vehicle for months so my warranty would expire. They talk to you like you're an idiot over the phone and never call back when t Intentionally kept my vehicle for months so my warranty would expire. I have a diesel Transit van, the fuel filter froze and left me stranded. Had the vehicle towed to Lake Ford, informed them I needed a filter replacement. This is typically a $200 job. She returned $195 with a lame excuse about cleaning. Lake Ford seized the opportunity to kick a customer when they were down. More
