Our first experience was not so good. There was no communication for a broken door lock. It took months to get our brand new car fixed. Then our schedule oil change took many hours. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. Unfortunately, in the last couple, I have not experienced the same level of customer service. This dissatisfaction has NOTHING to do with the servic Unfortunately, in the last couple, I have not experienced the same level of customer service. This dissatisfaction has NOTHING to do with the service advisors who have provided excellent customer service. The problem lies in less loaners being available (creating longer waits for an appt in order to secure a loaner) and not bring able to reach a live voice (I.e., a receptionist) as in the “old days.” I’m not a fan of “no one is available to take your call right now..,try again later” recordings! More

Micah went above and beyond my expectations! I was used to being advised by the previous “ Dillon “. This guy definitely was a great replacement! Throughout my visit he was detail oriented & tho I was used to being advised by the previous “ Dillon “. This guy definitely was a great replacement! Throughout my visit he was detail oriented & thorough. Above all he even made the extra effort of picking my daughter and I home. He truly wanted to make my experience with Infiniti as smooth as possible! Appreciate his efforts! Will definitely continue coming back ❤️ More

Micah was very helpful in explaining all out options and his reccomendations. We needed a new key fob and it was out of stock but he ordered one for us and set up our follow up appointment for us.
