I was basically laughed out of premier Auto group and made to feel as big as an ant. I walked into lithia, long story short I had my car bought and paid for in a little over an hour. I bought a 2015 Chevy Traverse in June, and while it was quick and easy, when I got on the highway headed home it immediately started having problems so I took it back and they'd take care of it. But when t quick and easy, when I got on the highway headed home it immediately started having problems so I took it back and they'd take care of it. But when they delivered it it still had the problem. I had an extended warranty, that saved me. But it didn't cover all of the repairs needed. I called the dealership and because of my troubles they paid for everything my extended warranty wouldn't. I won't give 5 stars because my car wasn't nearly up to par, but they did end up making sure I was taken care of. More
