Do NoT purchase a vehicle from this dealer. We purchased a 2026 GMC truck in Oct. 2025 from this St Augustine GMC dealer and as of today, Dec 30, the title and tag issue remains. They mailed us paperwork regarding the purchase just the last few days and the temporary tag they mailed to us had already expired before they even mailed the packet…..we don’t see how they stay in business if they treat all their customers the way we have been treated. Despite all those things not being able to be done bec all I am not able to travel the way that I need to take care of family business out of state. Despite all those things not being able to be done because I am without my vehicle, I have not received one phone call with an update on the status of my vehicle as of today. I went to the dealership one day to get some paperwork on the new truck and that is when I learned of the back order on the second transmission. Imagine how I felt when I pulled up and saw both of my trucks sitting side by side neither one of them working and both with the same issue. Buyers beware of this dealership. They only care about one thing and that is the bottom line of that sale. They offered a more expansive vehicle to me to purchase even after I gave them my affordable price range. Again, that bottom line was there goal! My truck been there over 30 days! More
