The whole process was very exhausting. Our sales person really did not provide much clarity and several times just rushed through paperwork as if trying avoid us seeing something. By the t Our sales person really did not provide much clarity and several times just rushed through paperwork as if trying avoid us seeing something. By the time we got to finance it was clear why. Also the tool on the dealer cite does not provide an accurate financial picture of what you may be paying. So many empty promises and all for them to make their commission. There is no real customer centric relationship it’s all just to get another car off the lot at the highest price. Don’t finance with them even if they say you won’t get the dealer incentives. You will get a better more honest deal with your own bank. They will wear you down by making you wait a ridiculous amount of time. If I can go back and just leave I would have, also the reviews are enough to paint an accurate description of what you may expect. Sad really and by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. More

Sales rep was awesome, listened to our needs, and responded to our questions. Only negative is the total process time from entering the dealership.to driving away in new car, 6 1/2.hrs is just too lo responded to our questions. Absolutely horrible. Just bought a car from Hassan and he was the definition of a scam. He went back on everything and kept changing the numbers. We had to fight for a fa Just bought a car from Hassan and he was the definition of a scam. He went back on everything and kept changing the numbers. We had to fight for a fair deal even with excellent credit. He told us that the prices online were lowered to “get you in the door”. If we hadn’t have driven so far for the vehicle and went through the credit check, we would’ve left just to not give him a sale because he was awful. Not to mention he continually yelled at us in front of other customers, when we were asking for them to match the offer listed on their website. Then it’s time to leave and the car has no gas and was not detailed or cleaned. Horrible experience. I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could. Wendy also had a horrible attitude when I had to move over my things to the new car. More
