Neither Nissan or Boucher are interested in fixing the problem with my Nissan Leaf. Took it in for service twice in January. They didn't bother taking it for a test drive because they were understaffed a problem with my Nissan Leaf. Took it in for service twice in January. They didn't bother taking it for a test drive because they were understaffed according to the service manager. The second time I took it in they did test drive the car. However, because the temperature was not below 35 degrees, they couldn't replicate the issues. I gave them pictures of the problematic dashboard warnings. They were aware that the issues occurred when the temperature was lower than 35 degrees. I had enjoyed taking my vehicle to Boucher Nissan prior to this problem occurring. Now it feels as if there is little integrity. I will likely never purchase another Nissan and I won't be shopping for cars with the Boucher dealership. More

After having a complementary oil change done, the protective shield under my 2018 Murano came loose and was dragging on the ground. This caused the mounting tab on the shield to be worn out, where i protective shield under my 2018 Murano came loose and was dragging on the ground. This caused the mounting tab on the shield to be worn out, where it mounts to the undercarriage.. After expressing my concerns to Mel Ehnert, the service manager at Boucher Nissan he replaced the plastic shield fasteners. Mel special ordered a new shield and fasteners at NO CHARGE to me. Mel went above and beyond ,making sure I was 100% satisfied. Mel, thank you again for making my Murano like new again. More
