I travel all over the country and it’s extremely hard to make an appointment at a dealership. I needed a new head lamp and only had basically lunch break to get it done. I recommend this dealership for the service department. Sales department is not recommended. Tim Larsen in Service is efficient and knowledgeable. I will continue to go to Tim for work on my Passat. After only 9 months of ownership there have been far too many repairs needed.... Lewisville Volkswagen doesn't seem to care, my car my problem. Also agree with another review I saw on here, regarding interest rate being high for my credit score. My fault for accepting the deal. I refinanced the loan as soon as possible, 2% lower interest rate. More
