I took my car in for a 70K service and to have a few nagging issues diagnosed (those creep up with an 8-year-old car). Melissa, my Service Rep, was fantastic through the whole process. She was thorough and patient, she kept me informed through every step, and she worked with my extended warranty company to get the majority of parts, repairs, and a rental car covered. My car is driving like new again! This is how dealer service is supposed to work!! Thanks, Melissa, and all the folks involved at Lewisville VW! More

I travel all over the country and it’s extremely hard to make an appointment at a dealership. I needed a new head lamp and only had basically lunch break to get it done. I called the dealership and Mike sai make an appointment at a dealership. I needed a new head lamp and only had basically lunch break to get it done. I called the dealership and Mike said come on down. Got the light replaced and back to work without being late. Kudos to Mike and the service staff. More

I recommend this dealership for the service department. Sales department is not recommended. Tim Larsen in Service is efficient and knowledgeable. I will continue to go to Tim for work on my Passat. I will not purchase another vehicle from Lewisville Volkswagen. Partly, my fault for not getting the 2018 inspected by a mechanic of my choosing. After only 9 months of ownership there have been far too many repairs needed.... Lewisville Volkswagen doesn't seem to care, my car my problem. Also agree with another review I saw on here, regarding interest rate being high for my credit score. My fault for accepting the deal. I refinanced the loan as soon as possible, 2% lower interest rate. More
