BMW of West Chester is conveniently located with friendly helpful staff. I recently took my 2025 BMW X1 here for a recall after initially scheduling the same service at BMW of Mainline due to quicker availab helpful staff. I recently took my 2025 BMW X1 here for a recall after initially scheduling the same service at BMW of Mainline due to quicker availability. The recall was never performed at either dealership resulting from issues with getting the part. My service advisor Melissa Gibson at BMW of West Chester was great at trying to resolve the problem and accommodating me for the inconvenience. I hope to have the service complete soon. More
