My service experience was extremely disappointing. I bought my car from Otis and have been pleased with service in the past. Otto’s had my car for 1.5 weeks due to obtaining a part, which I understand I bought my car from Otis and have been pleased with service in the past. Otto’s had my car for 1.5 weeks due to obtaining a part, which I understand, but I think the communication around this was lacking. When it appeared I needed to get a loaner car, which I had declined in the first place since I did not think the service was going to take as long as it did, I thought my interaction with Melissa was dismissive on her part. In the end and after a hefty bill, I still seem to have the same issue that I brought the car in to be checked in the first place so I don’t think that has been resolved. Melissa did not check in with me to find out how things went. Additionally, my check engine light is now on and it wasn’t before I took it in for service. I’m hesitant to take it back to Otto’s due to my not so great experience. There are other auto service places that I can use - Otto’s should be providing superior service to those other places but I’m not sure that’s the case. More
