Melissa Gibson was a pleasure to work with, she's welcoming and knowledgeable. The dealership was clean, there were plenty of complementary snacks and beverages available to customers. The wait area was conducive to those who can work remotely while waiting for the service to complete, this is a big plus. I highly appreciate the text updates on the status of the service being performed. I came in for inspection, they even texted me a link to a video of the inspection with the technician narrating the findings. This dealership won my business. More

I have spent many years going to this dealership. In order to get my BMw and mini cooper serviced. The last time I got a vehicle serviced was for my BMW. Based on my previous experiences, I was used to receiving text messages and phone calls from the service advisors. This time I did not even get a text message or a phone call, especially when my car had so many issues with it. I really was contemplating in purchasing another BMW. However, since there was a lack of consideration for me as a customer, I went elsewhere for my new car. I did see my service advisor when I went to pick up my car and she didn't even acknowledge my existence by saying hello. More
