Joe Estafanous greeted me, was extremely professional and was very patient with all the questions I had. I ended up test driving a Subaru Outback Limited. What a beautiful car. The sales reps were extremely busy on the day I came in and Joe treated me like I was the only one in the store. I ended up buying the 2018 Subaru Outback Limited. Even after the sale of the car, Joe took time to explain all the bells and whistles and gadgets on the car and was in no rush to send me on my way. Thank you so much that meant a lot to me. Just Bought An Outback We are very happy with our new purchase of an Outback. Cyndi Moyano was our sales person & she was very helpful and friendly. We met with Jonathan A We are very happy with our new purchase of an Outback. Cyndi Moyano was our sales person & she was very helpful and friendly. We met with Jonathan Arias to go over our car features again since this is our first Subaru and we wanted to be able to master all the bells and whistles. Jonathan was great and explained things until we understood completely. Went through the Costco Auto Program and didn't have to do any negotiating and liked that also! Melissa always backed up Cyndi if she was having a busy day & couldn't get back to us immediately. Waiting for the Finance Dept. was the only challenge but I think that happens at every dealership on a Saturday afternoon. More
