My grandpa purchased a 2014 Chevy Spark from this dealership 5 months ago and has had two major problems right away. He is 75 years old and has a handicap wife who has to use a wheelchair to get arou dealership 5 months ago and has had two major problems right away. He is 75 years old and has a handicap wife who has to use a wheelchair to get around. They only gave him 5 days to decide if he wanted to return his car or not, which is anywhere near long enough to know if there's anything wrong with the vehicle or not. He has to get struts replaced and the front windshield, which AutoNation replaced without a problem. The oil was never changed. It was completely black and you couldn't even see the dip stick because it was so filthy, even though they lied about it and claimed that they checked everything. If they did, then we wouldn't have had any problems. Him and I were driving up to Colorado Springs about a month after getting the vehicle, less than 60 miles we put on the vehicle since getting it, and in the middle of traffic the transmission stopped working, the acceleration completly stopped working. It was taken to AutoNation by tow truck. It took over a month before the dealership finally said that they couldn't do anything and was taken to Chevrolet, because they didn't know how to fix it, or were too lazy to. Before that we went to AutoNation to see if they could resolve it, but the sales manager in a rude way, told my grandpa that it is his problem and not theirs, and the salesman laughed about it like it was funny to him. We finally got it, (the transmission), fixed and now runs good, but just last night we were driving to Walmart in Pueblo West and tried to come back to town, but we couldn't get here because the engine blew up and oil splattered everywhere, and had smoke coming out of it, and the engine light was blinking followed by a cranking noise. We once again had to get a tow truck to get home. It was late at night which could have been very dangerous, my uncle was following us, so he took her home. We've barely had it 5 months. So Lindner Chevrolet is checking to see what they can do, and find a way to fix it without us paying since AutoNation doesn't care what shape of a vehicle they sell to older people. They have been sued before with similar problems from other people. I would strongly suggest never to do business with these crooks. They are the worst dealership in town by far. More

We purchased a new Gladiator Rubicon. Milinda the sales person was awesome. Service department had to change out the back window due to a leak. They broke the back glass and scratched the Milinda the sales person was awesome. Service department had to change out the back window due to a leak. They broke the back glass and scratched the paint all they way around the window and the bed of the Gladiator. They did not even clean up all the glass or dust all over the new interior. The dealership would not repair the vehicle after damaging it. Mark Ehrreich (Dealership Manager) outright lied to me over and over for months about how he would fix our brand new vehicle. We have purchased several vehicles over the past 40 years from this dealership. I would not recommend this business. They are not trust worthy. More

Sales Depatrment - Communication barely adequate with hidden "non negotiable" fees/surcharges (forced to get windshield protection, appearance protection and theft protection; not told about these "manda hidden "non negotiable" fees/surcharges (forced to get windshield protection, appearance protection and theft protection; not told about these "mandatory" fees until I stated I didnt want them). These "mandatory fees" are also not listed anywhere on website at time of vehicle purchase. Was informed "[they] are added to all NEW Vehicles sold at Autonation." If the vehicle wasn't custom ordered, I would have walked out as-soon-as I was informed about this. Also, couldn't get "out the door" pricing until last minute despite asking mutliple times prior to vehicle delivery; seems adding listed cost of vehicle+tax rate+registration & dealer fees (excluding Incentives and Rebates is too complicated). Finance Department - Perfect service. Upfront about options & costs; very personable, professional and straight to the point. Service Department - Brandon is 5 stars all the way. Personable, Clear and upfront communication... trusted with all my vehicles. All-in-all, would recommend service department. Would not recommend Sales Department. Will most likely look to other non-Autonation affiliated dealerships for future vehicle needs. Would recommend the "mandatory" windshield, appearance, and tracking packages be disclosed upfront on vehicle order and on website. More
