My only complaint is they charged me $200 to diagnose a noise that was coming from under my hood. Their tech couldn't hear it, meanwhile, people on the street were looking at my 5yr old car staring at the noise that was coming from under my hood. Their tech couldn't hear it, meanwhile, people on the street were looking at my 5yr old car staring at the noise. Needless to say 8 mos later the noise is still there and they dont do anything about the noise even whan they had my car for a week for another problem that was not fixed correctly. Did I say only 1 complaint? Also since my car was 4yrs old the paint on my hood, roof and trunk has been degrading. I even pay for "Auto Butler" paint protection. No one seems to know what to do. But they can give me phone #'s for me to call. Isn't that their job? More
