Melanie was very pleasant on the phone in making my appointment for the recall on my car. She even checked with the parts department to verify the part was in stock and called me back. Unfortunately, she didn’t mention that the recall was only for an inspection anyway. The service receptionists at this dealership aren’t always knowledgeable and/or honest which is way I typically choose to go to a different dealership for both routine work and repairs. The other dealership told me right away that the recall is for an inspection. I’ve had an issue with ethics with this service department before which is why I chose to write this review now. Nothing seems to have changed. More

I’m disappointed Honda took so long to replace a recall with the fuel pump. They put myself and my family in a dangerous position. Now I don’t know if I would buy another Honda. with the fuel pump.
