Mel Williams responded within minutes to my inquiry and provided incredible service. He was kind, friendly, and truly made this a pleasant experience (since buying a car is usually far from that). I would highly recommend making this your first stop and certainly ask for Mel and you won't be disappointed. At the same time, my wife's car had a recall on it that the service department was able to take care of. Josh in service let us know he would knock it out before his team went home and before we were done with the car purchase. I never thought I would be a life long customer at a dealership but they certainly earned that from me. More

I did not check the numbers because I trusted them to honor the price we agreed on. But they added additional $1200 for add-on without disclosing it and provide the details. I talked to the salesman and sales manager but they basically called me a liar and said I own the car. They scam everyone for the add-ons and they don't disclose it till the very last moment. Legally, they must list the add-ons separately on the contract, instead they add it to the price of the car. Be Aware if this scam. More

He went beyond what was asked of him to make sure we were taken care of and even put in extra time for us. He made sure he was available when we needed him and all of our questions were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Andres was so helpful from a financial point of view, really appreciated the time he took with us. He didn't short change us, but went through all avenues to find us a deal that worked for us.
