Positive Experience This was the most positive experience I've ever had when shopping for a new vehicle. Everything from the time we walked through the front doors until This was the most positive experience I've ever had when shopping for a new vehicle. Everything from the time we walked through the front doors until our departure was "top notch". We initially stopped at the snack bar to get a bite to eat while awaiting a rental from Enterprise. While visiting with Lynze (sp?) we told her of our "poor" experience across the street at Brandon Ford. She introduced us to Simon Roese who immediately began showing us different options that Brandon Honda had available. After looking at several options, we settled on what we thought was going to be an answer to our "problem". Unfortunately the numbers were not working out and we decided to depart and remain with our current vehicle. While on the drive home, we received a phone call from Simon who asked us to return to the dealership, as he had been working with Medi Medrek in an attempt to put together a deal that could work for us. The deal even involved having John Marazzi meet with us with the final proposition. Long story, short ~ we finalized the purchase on a 2018 Honda Ridgeline (a great vehicle, by the way!!!) Everyone of the employees we worked with at Brandon Honda went out of their way to ensure the most positive shopping experience possible ~ we simply could not have had a better experience. More
