My Experience with Service Dept I brought my Honda accord to change the oil to Brandon Honda on Monday June 19, 2018. I walked in (without an appointment) at 7:00 pm. My car was att I brought my Honda accord to change the oil to Brandon Honda on Monday June 19, 2018. I walked in (without an appointment) at 7:00 pm. My car was attended to immediately by an advisor. He took the information and immediately took the car to the shop. I received a text that my car was done (in less than an hour). Then the assistant service manager Mr. Vernon Liburd took my car to clean it himself although he was extremely busy. Plus they gave me complementary tire rotation because I came all the way from North Orlando( more than 100 miles each way). What a Superior Service. Please keep the Superior work. I feel it is worth my time and distance to drive 100 miles each for such exceptional service which seems consistent regardless of the advisor I use. Thank you Mr Medrek for making buy my car from Brandon Honda. More

The best car buying experience ever I came to your dealership because I hear the ad every day on the radio 102.5 fm the Bone. So I had misunderstanding with salesman first and asked to s I came to your dealership because I hear the ad every day on the radio 102.5 fm the Bone. So I had misunderstanding with salesman first and asked to see Mr M Medrek to resolve the situation. Mr Medrek came and met with me immediately and resolved the issue to my satisfaction in spite of the fact he will lose money on the car. We proceed to do the financial part if the deal. Then I felt I took advantage of the kindness of Mr Medrek so I informed Mr Medrek I changed my mind and decided not to take him to his generous offer. The salesman, the finance manager could not believe how I will pass on such deal. However, Mr Medrek understood how I felt and he shaked my hand and I departed the dealership. On my way driving home to Debary from Tampa, Mr Medrek phoned me to make sure I arrived safe home because he noticed I was very tired. His genuine concern about my wellbeing made me come back the following day to Brandon Honda and I bought the car and Mr Medrek was gracious to take time from his busy schedule and handle my case personally. Mr Medrek you gain a brother for life and all our future cars will be from Brandon Honda Only because of you. Thank you so much. More
