They were willing to go lower on MSRP - but just a little. The vehicle was in demand, so I understand that stance. They gave me a fair deal on my trade-in on their first offer. So no back and forth and no uncomfortable sales tactics (i.e. lying). I highly recommend this Luther dealership. I looked at a vehicle at a different Luther dealership that I would not recommend. I called to look at a Honda that was traded in to this dealership and Luke went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed up and ready by my arrival. They had found some issues with it and so wanted to b dealership and Luke went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed up and ready by my arrival. Recently stopped into Luther VW in Burnsville to see what they had to upgrade from a 2017 Ford Escape to something newer. In talking with Vladimir Mounkine we went thru newer used SUV's and he had an almost they had to upgrade from a 2017 Ford Escape to something newer. In talking with Vladimir Mounkine we went thru newer used SUV's and he had an almost new 2024 Escape in stock. My wife and I made the test drive and thought it was what we wanted. The big hurdle was how much we would receive for the trade in. We had received a trade amount at a Ford dealer earlier that was unacceptable. Luther came back with a good value, and we ended up with a vehicle two years newer for less out of pocket money than we would have spent at the Ford dealer. There was no hard sell or a pushy sales manager involved in the deal. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Luther Burnsville VW since we moved to this area, and if we need another vehicle in the future, we will do it at Luther Burnsville VW. More
