Getting that out of the way, I want to highlight the recent experience where I had the pleasure of leasing a new Honda Accord at DCH Accademy Honda dealership in Old Bridge NJ. This is the 3rd lease we got from DCH and I can confidently say that Meghan and Enrique made the entire process an absolute breeze. From start I challenged them to have the deal worked out ensure we’re able to go through the process quickly. They provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a positive experience. Megan had listened carefully to all our needs and preferences for the new car her incredible knowledge was in full display going over the different options available and identifying the exact vehicle we wanted. She went, and was able to provide us with valuable insights that helped us make an informed decision. From the moment they told us they were ready for us, we walked into the dealership and we were greeted warmly by Enrique quickly got into action to gather all information needed from the vehicle we were returning. Enrique took over and made the process seamless. He was incredibly patient and thorough in explaining all new features of the new car. Megan came to greet us and confirmed they were ready for us to speak with finance department to finalized the paperwork. Throughout the entire process, both Megan and Enrique were attentive, responsive, and professional. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase and that all of our needs were met. In addition to their outstanding customer service, this was the first time in the dealership since the new improved construction they had gone through. The dealership itself was top-notch, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car, and specifically, I would recommend working with Megan and Enrique. They truly made the car-buying experience a pleasure, and my father in-law couldn't be happier with his new car. More
