I have been using City Auto Malls Ford service department for about 7 years - and have always been treated so well. Because of that care, when I began looking for a new vehicle they were one of the first sit for about 7 years - and have always been treated so well. Because of that care, when I began looking for a new vehicle they were one of the first sites I looked at. After plenty of online sleuthing I deducted that for WHAT I was wanting the prices at city really could not be beat. However deciding to buy a new car is nerve wracking, especially when doing the process alone. Yet from the moment I walked through the doors - to the moment I drove away in my new (to me) Chevy equinox I was met with real smiles and people who genuinely wanted to help me. Whitney S was the first face I met who got me hooked up with the car I was looking for - then after my test drive when she had to take care of other business she made sure to set me up with a coworker who would do the same. Yet, even after “handing me off” she still worked with management to help me get a better deal on my trade in and checked in to see how I was feeling and to wish me luck. Now, McKade K is one of the most PATIENT men I have ever met. He gave me MANY long opportunities to sit and process and think about my decision without hovering and making me feel rushed and uncomfortable. And when I asked to see another vehicle he circled the lot THREE times in snowy and windy 10° weather when he couldn’t find it just to make sure I was able to see every option I wanted. Both took the time to share pieces of their own stories and to connect with my life to make me feel less like a faceless consumer, but a patron that they cared had an experience that would be filled with excitement. And all of that was wrapped in a shiny bow when Danny R went through the paperwork with me and made sure I not only throughly understood what I was signing, but that I had the absolute best deal possible. I had an amazing experience with City and look forward to continuing to be a customer. More
