They were accommodating, however, with one exception. I was not notified when the work on my car was completed. I was told that I would receive updates and never did. I had to call after 2 1/2 days. I was quoted $60 oil change with fees and whatever it was 80 and then when it came time to pay, it was $85. Don’t say it’s 60 when it’s 85 include the taxes and fees and whatever when you say the price of an 80 and then when it came time to pay, it was $85. I went back and the guy wouldn’t give me a coupon. Then I went to leave and there was some update USB thing left in my car and they didn’t fix the dashboard saying I needed service. There’s a class action suit and of course my problem seems similar, but it’s not under the law suit. If it’s a popular Problem, why isn’t it addressed? Do I have to get a lawsuit going? I was very crabby by the time I left there yesterday. I want a $15 refund. More

Scheduled a recall service over the phone, confirmed the day and time with scheduler. I called the day before to confirm the appointment time, only to be told that my appointment time had already passed. Th day and time with scheduler. I called the day before to confirm the appointment time, only to be told that my appointment time had already passed. The person who scheduled me chose the incorrect date. Wasn't sent any texts or emails either. I was told to come in at the time we had down on my schedule. Went in and needed to create a profile as this was my first time at this location, which felt like it could have been completed over the phone. When the service was complete I was given my keys and told my car would be right outside the doors. I walked around trying to find it and had to go back inside to find someone to help. My car had been parked all the way in the back lot, which I never would've found in my own. The employee's were wonderful, just systemic changes that should be implemented. I only came to this location for this recall service, I will be returning to my usual Mazda dealer for the future. More
