We were usure of the trim model and packages - Maxime took the time to show us different models and explain differences in details so we could make very well informed decision. Sales was absolutely no pressure and we liked that, we ended up going with more expensive package because options were well explained to us and fit our needs very well. Paperwork process was very smooth and efficient, we liked upfront no bull pricing and ease of dealing with one person all the way to delivery. Maxime spent all the time needed during delivery to answer all of our questions and explained all the features and functions of the car so we drove off the lot very confident, satisfied and ready to enjoy new car. Last week I bought a prius, and Max VOZNYUK was literally the best person for me. My experience was so smooth. He's great at conversation, his communication was perfect-updating me about how the vehicle preparation was going and working around my schedule to move forward on the process. He clearly values his job, and takes pride in his work. Anytime I'd reach out to him with questions about the car and the paperwork process, he'd always respond in a timely manner, even on his off time. Never hassled me once, was strictly objective in answering my questions. What I appreciated most, aside from how knowledgable he was on all my vehicle related questions, was that he was kind. Loved his consumer service, it made me want to buy a second car.
