We had a terrible experience at Ganley Subaru of Bedford today because of the General Sales Manager Brian Gillum. We had worked with Max, a fantastic sales associate, and had agreed upon a price for a new S today because of the General Sales Manager Brian Gillum. We had worked with Max, a fantastic sales associate, and had agreed upon a price for a new SUV. When we decided to move forward with the purchase, Brian Gillum came to speak with us and rudely refused to honor the price (that had already been approved by other Sales Managers), insulted us, and insulted the other sales managers for offering that price. When we brought up how rude and insulting his behavior was, he refused to apologize. We still plan to buy a new Subaru but never from Ganley Subaru. We are extremely disappointed that our experience today was ruined by one bad manager. More

Although I believe I could have gotten better service in the sales department, the service department has always been excellent! I am accustomed to sales persons making suggestions or making you aware of of the sales department, the service department has always been excellent! I am accustomed to sales persons making suggestions or making you aware of offers to help you get where you are trying to go in terms of budget. Plus, I was not used to being asked to pay the final lease payments on my current vehicle if I was planning to turn it in to get a new one. Although I wanted to keep my 2018 Forrester, it is perfectly okay for a salesperson to say, "For what you want your monthly payment to be, I cannot offer you another Forrester, but I may be able to get you into another Subaru model." That makes me feel like you are not only working with me but that you are working with my best interest in mind as well. Thank you for listening. More

Professional, thorough, low-pressure. The dealership addressed my needs and wishes without trying to influence me away from them.
