I was very surprised at the great service we received on our visit at Lakeside Toyota. Our sales associate as Max. Max greeted us in the parking lot, in the windy cold weather. We were test driving in mi our visit at Lakeside Toyota. Our sales associate as Max. Max greeted us in the parking lot, in the windy cold weather. We were test driving in minutes and had the vehicle picked out to purchase. Max did he best to get us the best rate possible. He was such pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed his great sense of humor. In and out in 3 hours - unbelievable. I would recommend if you need a Toyota, make sure you ask for Max. More

These people are SHADY as xxxx!! The salesman I worked with, Max, was great. However once I was turned over to the finance department it was a completely different story... they like to play the game wher with, Max, was great. However once I was turned over to the finance department it was a completely different story... they like to play the game where you settle on a price, and then go back to sign your paperwork and the price has increased and the dude can’t explain why, so he leaves the room yet again to “talk to someone” about lowering it like he’s doing you some big favor. What a joke. Another sales tactic they like to use is the “waiting game” to try and wear you down, so be prepared to test your endurance and spend the entire day there. Bring snacks. If I had an hour left on earth, I’d spend it at this place because it felt like an eternity. More
