Satisfied VW Customer SL I have bought several cars and SUVs from Village VW over the past 10 years including two at one time this past May. Thomas Smith (Smitty) is the best I have bought several cars and SUVs from Village VW over the past 10 years including two at one time this past May. Thomas Smith (Smitty) is the best car salesperson in Chattanooga. I have never experienced a salesperson that goes more out of his way to satisfy a customer. There are a lot of other cars I like on the market but Smitty is the main reason I go back to Village VW. Also, it is hard to beat the excellent service from the service department. I usually see Max Cockrell when I take my cars in for maintenance or repairs. The service dept is top notch! They take care of their customers. More
