I think most of the rating for my review should go to the person who I chatted with via the website, if he hadn’t gone the extra mile I wouldn’t have driven 3 hrs to the dealership. Also, this was a trade in/cash purchase and I had already done my homework but it took over 3 hrs to drive away - if ur going to stay open until 8 pm have the staff onboard to process paperwork etc. Also, if u are a WA resident be prepared to have to pay for licensing/taxes on the spot instead of having a month “float” on your funds for that - on my other car purchased in OR I was able to pay taxes and registration a month later by doing it myself at my local DMV. Actually, this bothered me a bit. Also, u get only one key so I think the salespeople should make it a point of getting ur digital key downloaded before u leave the dealership - I still haven’t had a successful download of mine yet…
