This dealership is a scam! I purchased a car there. I agreed on numbers they provided me paperwork with the numbers that I agreed on then they made me sign everything electroni I purchased a car there. Took me two days to get my paperwork only to find out that they are selling an $18,000 For $32,000! Yes, they are charging me $32,000 for this vehicle for my daughter. It’s absolutely disgusting what they’ve done! I’m so tempted to get an attorney. I’m filing a complaint with the corporate office someone needs needs to look into the disgusting behavior that’s going on at this dealership! These guys are gross! They purposely refuse to give me my paperwork so that I couldn’t dispute anything and they purposely waited two days before they provided me any documentation. I should have pitched a fit. I should’ve demanded paperwork in my face that day. But they scammed me. They scammed me into signing everything electronically and they scammed me out of $12,000! I purchased a car in August from the Ford dealership in Greenville with absolutely zero issues whatsoever. I should’ve went through my credit union this Time! Never again! I will never purchase a car from a dealership ever again! They know what they’ve done. They know their liars they know their cheaters and they know their scammers! They know! More

We tried for months to get our local dealership to find the car we wanted for our daughters 16th birthday. They wouldn’t do anything extra to find us one. They just said maybe one will Come in. These are Great people. Our salesman, Shane, went above and beyond, not only to find the exact car we were looking for, but also to make our deal as easy as possible. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new kia to give these guys a chance. More

Worst experience LIED to by Queenie! BAIT AND SWITCH! I was told it was premium audio NOT-- Navigation system EXTRA 1,000 I have that on my phone!!!! NO GAP and was told service for 10 BAIT AND SWITCH! I was told it was premium audio NOT-- Navigation system EXTRA 1,000 I have that on my phone!!!! NO GAP and was told service for 10 years additional $3,000 for electrical coverage!! not service. I have the text and told her I want silver or white and I can add my own stereo! They put me in the GREY -harman/kardon is not here!!?!?!? I would have been happy with the original turbo even though it was black AND USED it had the STEREO and power. This is not even close HATE THIS CAR NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!! They knew I was in a bind after totaling my vehicle. I was last customer!! LAST ever from me! QUEENIE TOLD ME THIS HAD THE PREMIUM STERO!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Not all deals go smoothly, but how a dealer handles a bad deal tells me a lot. We bought a used car and they broke the back glass in detailing after paperwork was done and it was ours. They tried to replace it with cheap aftermarket glass and send us on our way hoping we wouldn’t notice it didn’t fit and the defroster didn’t work. It took 6 weeks, almost daily calls and text messages, and a lot of pressure to get them to resolve with the right glass. All so unnecessary and shows their priorities are the bottom line miles ahead of you as a customer. Most of their deals I’m sure go well. But if yours starts like ours, buyer beware. More
