I had a contract for 4 oil changes and when I brought my car in for my second oil change after 11 months since last time, I was given a hard time because I came in earlier than 12 months. It's been 11 mont car in for my second oil change after 11 months since last time, I was given a hard time because I came in earlier than 12 months. It's been 11 months since last oil change and I was planning on a long distance trip soon... Why all that back and forth and I finally got the approval after 30 minutes of unnecessary discussions. Also, my car was returned without a simple car wash (Which is a usual routine)!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! More

This was my car's first service. Check in was smooth, on time, and very polite. They were nice enough to arrange a ride for me over to the Americana on Brand so I wouldn't have to Check in was smooth, on time, and very polite.
